Had a pretty active day but I have been eating nonstop. I have also been tired with a headache, probably from waking up at 4am. I got a text at 4:00 to let me know my credit card was compromised. So I did some searching to make sure it was legit then I called my credit card company (thank goodness for 24 hour service!) and sure enough $17,000.00 has been charged to my card in the last 24 hours. My card has never left my wallet so this is some online fraud where they hacked the accounts of some business I have used. Who knows.

Anyway, new card is on its way, a claim is initiated, I won’t have any trouble getting all the money back. But it did seriously disrupt my sleep last night and maybe I can blame my nightmare eating on that!

I typed long enough to Finish my steps
For the day so here goes:

Steps Sunday, May 5: 15,917 36 mins active. I did some walking and some trampolining :)

April was definitely not a good one. Goal for May, get back to 220. Mindful eating and no late night snacking. I want to be on the steppers team. My step goal is 12,000/day.

Thank you for the welcome messages! Happy Monday ~Workout Warrior~ Team!

Since the step challenge is ‘in-house’ and no one can be prejudiced, I shall count and log my steps, although it won’t be much because my legs go numb from doing cardio for too long.

If anyone would like a new friend, I am logging every day and read and comment on my friends posts and I remain interactive on MFP. You are welcome to request me.

Sorry I thought I had to post it on my Friday weigh days.

    Sunday Steps: 1239
    Sunday Water: 67 oz
    Monday Steps: 747
    Monday Water: 67 oz

I need to drink a little bit more than 2 liters of water to make the 68 oz, so I’ll do that.

I’m going to set a step goal of 3000 a day and break it up in 3 x 1000 (due to back). It isn’t much but it’s challenging for me. I hope it’s ukay.

    Good luck everyone!

    Welcome to new team members!

    A little about me....
I'm 47 years young, married to a lovely man - who is far too good at cooking for his own good! I don't have any children or pets (but can appreciate them from a far), as this would be too much like bringing my work home - as I am a secondary school teacher in the UK. :D

I keep active by going to body combat classes twice a week (love it!), going swimming once a week and trying to walk as much as I can - I try to walk at least 10,000 steps a day. I'm not so good at drinking enough water, as I can't leave my classes to go for a toilet dash!

My targets for this month are to:
    * Get below 140lb - by tracking what I actually eat (rather than what I think I've eaten) - this is still a work in progress, and I am not as good as this as I should be
    * Get into the habit of drinking more water
    * Increase my sleep average - 7h 24min (although this is lower during the week)
    * Increase my activity levels - increasing my steps per day is a start towards this
