fiber ?

confused by what "myfitnesspal" says my daily intake of fiber should be, seems awful low for clean eating. comments?

    I changed my fiber goal to 30g daily. MFP goes a lot by the USDA current recommendations of the "minimums" of nutrients, like fiber. You can overdo fiber, but with us eating so much whole grain/veggies etc, I think 30g is a good goal for me, but yours may be different. Try for a mix of soluble and insoluble fiber in your foods, though.
