Three Grain Mix

Hey - I thought I would share this recipe, as I've found it brilliant for keeping me full.
I've been adding it to meals as a side, jazzing it up with added vegetables or dressing, hot or cold, plain or with something... plus have found it goes great as a mince alternative in a vegetarian chilli! (nicer than mince to be honest, as no chewy bits).
Recipe makes a giant pot of it (7 servings at 1 cup each), which lasts for 7-10 days in the fridge. I just take what I need as a snack or addition to dinner. You just boil it in a medium (4-6 litre) pot all together until the water is gone. Takes about 15 minutes I think. Water level needs to be a good 1 inch above the grains before you start to boil.
I also tried a version where I boiled it in vegetable stock, which I had made from carrot and onion peelings. Seems to take on flavour of whatever it is cooked in.
It's been keeping me full for far longer.
