Alright guys we’re more than half way into this challenge, with some great results at he mid way weigh-ins. (Average of 5lbs lost😳)
Remember to continuously adjust your intake as your weight changes. Stay on track for the weekend by planning some meals ahead! When it comes to alcohol, remember to match each drink with a 12oz glass of water, avoid dark alcohols and sugary mixers, dont waste your time with light beer, when it comes to wine the redder the better, and clear liquors will be best- straight or mixed with sparkling waters.
