Looking for shoulder exercises.

I started lifting weights in mid January but my shoulders seem slow to develop. I started doing dumbbell diagonal raises the last few weeks and they seem to be making a difference. I also do front raises, lateral raises, & shoulder presses in addition to my main lifts. What other exercises would you recommend?

Only thing I can think of is inclined bench presses. Or military should presses.

Are you talking specifically about your delts?

Best thing I did to strengthen my shoulders was to strengthen my back first. Weird, but doing bent over barbell rows, dumbell rows, and chinups/pullups dramatically increased my numbers on OHP.

What Tom said. Another great exercise that hasn't been mentioned is push-ups, specifically the more advanced types like Pike and Dive Bomber.

If you already doing a vertical press and front, side and rear delt work then there aren't really any other options left other than your programming.

How many times do you train shoulders per week? If this is once/twice then the first thing I would do is increase the frequency to 3x per week.
