Been very busy with big party for Father’s Day, extra weight lifting & harder cardio, and 2 sets of house guests.
Working on sleep hygiene (successfully) so I combined the past 6 days for efficiency.
NSV: Our son, who hasn’t seen me for 9 months, “Wow, I remember when walking here (1/2 mile) was tough for you. Now, you just zip along!”
And son: “I noticed you running up & down those stairs (Long flight at coffee shop) effortlessly”
And I joined a gym 2-3 weeks ago & have been told by PT to increase the level on ex bike each week. I’m definitely stronger.
I can even crawl on hands & feet forwards & backwards now (NEVER could have done that before) ❣️
Huge changes.

Enrolled daughters ant new school for next term. Gone from private school to government school as the private school does not offer the assessment type my daughter needs (she is not going straight from school into university/college, so need a more practical (work/trade focused) last 2 years of school and not exams.
Managed to get bodyweight exercises done again. More persistent light rain made walking impractical again during the day.
(Finally managed to retrieve and post video of my flying on the weekend - Club video recorder sees (and records) all )

@RangerRickL, right back at you! Really appreciate the UAC and everyone in it.
I signed up for my first mud run today! It's at the end of August, and it's a MudGirl, so it's women only and seems a bit less aggressive/dangerous than some of the other mud runs, so I'm feeling more comfortable with it. If it's not quite a bucket list item, it's definitely one that I've contemplated since I ran my first 5K back in 2011. 17 obstacles and a whole lot of mud according to the photos of previous events!9 -

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No. I pre-tracked, but decided not to finish tracking as I was having an off day. DH was having a biopsy done this morning, and I went off track stress eating. It’s just one day!1/3 pass days used.

Exercise: Yes but just 20-30 minutes cleaning the house, rest of the day dedicated to complete rest. Exhausted myself a bit too much this week but it'll get better tomorrow, since I gotta do errands and get groceries so I'll be on my feet most of the day 👌 today just feels heavy and sleepy need some sleep, yoga, and a hot hot shower
Calories: Yes. Ordered some wings for lunch and I stayed in control! didn't overeat this time! I usually hate ordering food cuz it's never healthy food and i end up stuffing my face and feeling terrible later but I notice my eating habits are changing a loooot. Had an early, light dinner too.

@Lilutz I never imagined an exercise program that would be entitled, "butt blast and burn workout". I'm glad to have lived this long!! Ha Ha!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 15 minutes of pilates strength to warm up for my 3 mile run this morning, and then LOTS of walking during the day. Ending the day with 20,000 steps.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and slightly under. All the movement = lots of calories to eat!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
@RangerRickL -- Same here! This group has been so great and I love reading everyone's posts and getting inspired by everyone's journeys.
This group has also been vital to helping me not completely go off the rails every night with stress eating. The last few months have been very stressful for me as I'm dealing with a transition of bosses at my work, where I'm the only employee. My outgoing boss is having a lot of issues letting go and is driving us all nuts, and my incoming boss is getting frustrated with that, so I've been basically Switzerland and trying to keep everyone happy. LOL My old boss retires officially on June 30th, but we still have a board retreat to get through next week, so right now stress is literally my middle name. I'm just sticking to my running and workouts to keep the stress at bay, and UAC really helps me be mindful of what I'm putting in my mouth, which is great. Right now I'm not focused on losing weight -- just don't want to gain any!9 -
