9th Pass Day I need to check last month to compare. Need to improve not stay the same.

Exercise? Yes, although I skipped out of yoga tonight. I am feeling the "missing" of it. I chose to stay home after work to be there for my husband though. A good friend of his passed away yesterday. Sudden illness, unexpected. Rushed to the hospital on Monday and couldn't survive it.
Calories? No, over by about 150 with exercise...yikes
    Tracked? Yes

@fitphoenix How fun! A mud run!! I think those are so cool! Maybe someday I'll be fit enough to do one myself.

    Yes x 3!
Exercise was lap swimming for 30 minutes. I concentrated on my form and enjoyed the mindful experience of noting how my body takes direction from my intentional thoughts.

Used one of my pass days today.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. About 90 mins of exercise today.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Not today.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No. I pre-tracked, but decided not to finish tracking as I was having an off day. DH was having a biopsy done this morning, and I went off track stress eating. It’s just one day!
    1/3 pass days used.

Thinking of you, hoping everything comes out ok.

I'm on week 4 of the C25K - but having a hard time getting through the second 5 minute run. I am planning on repeating it until I can do all of the running portions without breaks. Any of you done this type of training - think this is a good plan or should I just keep going? I don't have a 5K planned yet, so there is no timeline that I need to finish by.

@Ketch22, what a nice part of your walk. I don't see cows very often in everyday life. ;)

I signed up for my first mud run today!

I'm only 45 mins from our nations capital but it's a world away :) Every day I see chickens, geese, deer, cows and horses. Took a lot of getting used to after working in NYC for so long.

I've always wanted to do a mud dash (jelly) have fun!
