9th Pass Day I need to check last month to compare. Need to improve not stay the same.
Exercise? Yes, although I skipped out of yoga tonight. I am feeling the "missing" of it. I chose to stay home after work to be there for my husband though. A good friend of his passed away yesterday. Sudden illness, unexpected. Rushed to the hospital on Monday and couldn't survive it.
Calories? No, over by about 150 with exercise...yikes
Tracked? Yes
@fitphoenix How fun! A mud run!! I think those are so cool! Maybe someday I'll be fit enough to do one myself.4 -
Update: I went back and checked my May standings...….Yikes!! I really need you guys!! So glad so many of you are so consistent to be my inspiration. I have read so many motivating stories over the months and even though I am not a high achiever...yet
you all inspire me.
@RangerRickL Thank you for the Friend postLoved it! Thank you for being our friend
So, in May...…….the last 8 days I didn't even report. I came in on the 8th day to comment on a post regarding Memorial Day, but didn't even post results. This month, I am finishing the month with you guys!! Yes, last month we had flooding going on and blah-blah-blah...I have to learn that life things happen and I still need to take care of myself and make good choices.
This weekend we are going out of state to get our new boat on a lake so I really need to be wise as we socialize with friends, all while grieving for a good friend who was close to all of us. Smart choices still need to happen.
As of May...I think it was the 23rd/24th.....I had 14 Pass Days. Oh my goodness. As of today, June 20th, I have 9. I will allow myself only one more......the 22nd to end this month with only 10 pass days. Next month FIVE!!5 -
Yes x 3!
Exercise was lap swimming for 30 minutes. I concentrated on my form and enjoyed the mindful experience of noting how my body takes direction from my intentional thoughts.3 -
Yes to all
Inspiration and support from all of you definitely keeps me going and also knowing I am not alone in some of my struggles. Thank. You all3 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. About 90 mins of exercise today.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Not today.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No. I pre-tracked, but decided not to finish tracking as I was having an off day. DH was having a biopsy done this morning, and I went off track stress eating. It’s just one day!1/3 pass days used.
Thinking of you, hoping everything comes out ok.3 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, C25K.

I'm on week 4 of the C25K - but having a hard time getting through the second 5 minute run. I am planning on repeating it until I can do all of the running portions without breaks. Any of you done this type of training - think this is a good plan or should I just keep going? I don't have a 5K planned yet, so there is no timeline that I need to finish by.2 -

@Ketch22, what a nice part of your walk. I don't see cows very often in everyday life.
I signed up for my first mud run today!
I'm only 45 mins from our nations capital but it's a world awayEvery day I see chickens, geese, deer, cows and horses. Took a lot of getting used to after working in NYC for so long.
I've always wanted to do a mud dash (jelly) have fun!
