The 30 minute challenge!!!

So, how about a realistic challenge for those people that are over 300 lbs??? I don't about you guys but I leave for work at 7am and if I go straight home, I get there around 6pm. On top of everything else, I am a single mom and attend classes. I have been exercising, so I'm not exactly going from total couch potato mode but a lot of these challenges on MFP aren't really geared for a super sized, busy parent.

I gave it a lot of thought and I think that thirty minutes per day six days per week of some type of movement should be doable for just about anyone. So, who's in?
