@boehle Wow! What a transformation. I noticed that your previous photo was 9 years ago, and you look younger now. So beautiful. Would love to know some history. Amount of weight lost, type of diet, exercise, etc. I am much older than you, but this still motivated me on a tough week. Thank you for sharing! Bye, Pam

How do you know how old I am? lol or is it on my profile. I forget LOL
    I am 37 though.
My aunt and my cousin went in for lapband a few years ago but I was told I wasn't big enough.
So I didn't want to be the fagtest one in the family, so I began to cut a lot of carbs and began to walk/run.
By 2016, I was down from 237 to 132. I also was not eating a lot... Just enough to get by.
I got lazy after that breakup and floated up back to about 145, then after another breakup in 2018, I floated back up to 167. (which is what I weighed last week).
I am a bit discouraged as I feel huge again... even though I know I am not.
I really need to cut some alcohol, carbs and really work on my running again so I can get back down to 140ish. I am 5'2. According to studies, my ideal weight is 109-133.

@boehle I didn't know you were 37 until you mentioned it. lol. I only knew from your photos that the older photo was dated 2010. I assumed you were still in your 20's. Great life story. If you were only eating to get by at 132, 140ish sounds like a better weight for you for lifelong maintenance. Don't worry too much about your 'ideal' weight. Go with what works for you and your life. Thank you for sharing! Pam

@boehle I had a look at the spreadsheet and I think someone has made a mistake with the 3 best losses for June (grand finale) for shrinking assets. Can someone double check?
