Reset Time!!!

Hey! So, you may have seen that we have a new lifestyle challenge coming up at CFMC. I think it’s going to be awesome! But I’m thinking of doing a little “reset” before it starts. I’ve been super obsessed with tracking, macros, calorie deficit, you name it, for too long. In order to get in to a good mindset for this epic challenge, I’m doing a bit of a “reset”. Meaning I’m still tracking and making good choices (most of the time :)) but I have no macro or calorie goals in mind. Just listening to my body, eating to fuel and aiming for the 80/20 rule. I started it yesterday and it was beyond refreshing. Anyone have any thoughts on a “reset”???

    I’m trying not to focus on the “scale”...this is my biggest hurdle. As a person who has been struggling for years with weight (mainly due to hypothyroid), my scale never goes down. I’d like to lose some weight but focus more on being leaner and healthier.
