bad start to my second week, i'm feeling poorly and wanting comfort food. Also don't help that the other half is away for 8 days with work and i'm on my own and a being bored when im on my own is a horrid trigger for me...

    Exercise until you are so tired that watching TV is actually entertaining. That has worked for me in the past. Boredom is a tough one. Also, make a big pot of veggie soup and stuff with that instead of high calorie foods.
  • My worst time is at night when my husband is working on the computer. He might as well be out of town, so I can kind of relate there. From 10pm to 1 am are my worst times, and I feel like I'm making it only by the seat of my pants. It doesn't matter how well I plan-fruit in the fridge, bottled water, etc, it's still hard to not wander in and look in the pantry.
