Cortisone shots in the knees

Had two (1 in each) yesterday - didn't read the paperwork until after, as I just wanted the pain gone.
"People with Diabetes may experience an increase in blood sugr for a couple of days"
Did it this morning - 135, - yikes
Highest its been since I started on this journey
Altho - being able to get out of my car aftyer a long days work, and NOT look like a cripple, is a great feeling.. BUT he said, "Osteoarthrtitus, not genetic - basically body abuse.! - NO RUNNING"
Which kinda sucks as I wanted to be able to run...
