    Depends on the temp, or whether or not it's salted.
    At room temp it can sit out a few days. Sealed, airtight and salted technically it might make it up to 2 weeks. But that's at room temp. Higher temps will make it go south more quickly.

    My thought was make ghee and add that to the PB. Of course for me that would be almond butter. Can't handle peanuts at all. Ghee would not go rancid easily.
