exercising daily and maintaining daily my fitness pal records; total of 18+ lbs. lost in 5-6 weeks. about 7 lbs. since tracking daily with my fitness pal in last 3 weeks.
First low blood glucose reading today for my phase 2 diabetic situation; it was 50 fasting; had honeydew melon and imitation crab legs and it shot back up to 146; also bought some sunmark glucose tablets since I am leaving tomorrow for a 9 day vacation in San Diego, celebrating 50th wedding aniversary.0
