Day 2 of Omad!

Hello everyone! I'm new to the group, and new to omad. I've done other methods of fasting such as the 16:8 method and the 20:4 method. Hopefully it won't be too hard for me. I'm trying to see how much weight I can lose by doing omad for 30 days. I hoping to lose between 10-20lbs during this time frame. Along with this way of eating, I'm going to be doing plenty of exercise in my fasted state. Mostly 30- 60 minutes of cardio with strength training and lifting weights twice a week.

My best advice is to read the threads and learn from our mistakes... 10 lbs in a month is a lot but not undoable if you have enough to lose....welcome and feel free to ask questions and may the odds be ever if your favor0
