Thanks all. I picked up some Chucks today. Was hoping to get into the gym this afternoon to test my 10RM, but it doesn't look like I'm going to. Maybe I'll go in sometime in the week, find my starting weights, and then give it a week off so I'm starting nice and fresh. I'm still a bit paranoid about moving to free weights.0

When I started I was terrified of stepping foot in the gym, let alone getting in the squat rack and taking a chance with some weight. You can and will get it done! :drinker:0
