Just curious if there is anyone in this group that has gotten to their goal weight and is successfully in the maintenance phase. I was curious how many carbs you eat a day and calories a day to maintain. Last time I reached my goal weight, several years ago, I had a hard time transitioning into the "lifestyle" of just not gaining, not losing, just eating right. I kept losing and my family "encouraged" me to get off the diet completely. I am 37, a woman, and 5'8" tall...if anyone could give me some tips that would be great.
