I had to buy a new scale this weekend and thought it was time to use it. I have been slack for a longer than I wanted so I am creating a new thread (Tracey's inspiration) to get at least 10lbs off in 32 days (leaving for the beach). I had a feeling my old scale was off after weighing 10lbs of potatoes on it and it not being accurate. Oh well! I love the new one even though I wasn't thrilled with the number.
My current weight is 174. My goal is to be at 164 in 32 days. With following strict OMAD and limiting the amount of damage done on the weekends this can be done. My body has adjusted to spinning and I can confirm that I have lost inches because some of my recent clothes purchases were smaller in size (Mediums and a size 12 in some jeans/capris).
