How much weight can Good Samaritan Health & Wellness Center lose together in 8 weeks?
Join members and staff as we lose weight together. Each week you will be invited to complete a new challenge.
Here’s how it works:
• Join the member incentive at the Fitness Desk where you’ll
receive your packet
• Sign up for a Pre-Assessment – June 23rd – June 29th at the
Fitness Desk. This 15-minute pre-assessment will give you
a baseline.
• Choose a username to track your progress and write it on
the weight loss tracking sheet on the bulletin board on the
first floor. Your username can be as discrete as you wish.
• Weigh In: beginning, weekly, and end of program. Find your
username on the bulletin board and write in your lbs. after
each weigh in.
• Sign up for a Post-Assessment – the last week of the
challenge – August 11th – August 17th. This 15-minute post
assessment will show you how much you’ve improved in just
8 weeks!
• At the end of each weekly challenge, turn in your completed
challenge sheet to the fitness desk. This will help keep you
accountable. You can get back your entire packet after the
last week.
