Challenge 1: Track your calorie intake and compare to your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)

Basal Metabolic Rate: the number of calories your body burns each day at rest. It is one part of your Total Daily Expenditure (the remaining is calories burned through activities). To calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) click on the link below:

Calories In verses Calories Out:
To lose weight, there must be more calories burned than consumed. The first step is to determine how much you are eating verses how much you should be eating.

Please write your Basal Metabolic Rate on the bottom of your Food Logs. To complete this week’s challenge, complete a 5-day food log.
