    congrats to all in the winners circle...not an easy task for sure! I did this challenge two years ago for the summer months and made it to the circle once. I'm hoping to make it there again in Aug.

    July 31. over in calories by 125...darn!

    Strength training class was hard today but I hung in there. Another Wednesday Running the local farmers market kept me on my feet most of the day. A little too far under on calories but I needed a good deficit day.
