    Exercise: Yes, 30 minutes of stepper, 20 minutes of stationary bike, plus 10 minutes of walking

    Tracking: Yes

    I finished strong today with a good workout at the gym and a nice calorie deficit. Thanks to Rick for putting this group together. It's been invaluable to me in getting jump started on my goals.
