Only today and one more day to go until the August UAC.
BTW: @n_lai is absolutely right! Most team members are winners even though many of them are not usually in the Winner's Circle. Many of our members achieve their own weight loss and/or maintenance goals and are not in the Winner's Circle. We are a team!
Here are the July team members who have so far reported that they will be in the August Winner's Circle:
@Rozbee1
@TerriRichardson112
@corriepelc
@Ketch_22
@ConfidentRaven
@BonnieHosk85
Who else? Please let us all know when you do today's post!!
Thanks, Rick

Exercised - Yes - Zumba class
Calories - Yes
Tracked - Yes
@n_lai Oh absolutely - I have had some clear goals this month but reaching WC wasn’t ever on the cards this time due to struggling with discipline. My goal (not completely achieved I will add) was to track and post every day and be honest with myself and not sabotage my progress - to stick with it. It works when I stick with it. And I have a cruise holiday in my future as a deadline for feeling fantastic and as huge stick with it motivation. So I will be back in August! With the main goal being to track and post every day. All the best with your own goals!9 -

@n_lai, yes! this group has really help me. I knew I will not be in the winner's circle but the accountability, the reinforcement of good successful habits, etc., are what kept some of us posting everyday.7 -
@n_lai Yep!
July! Sick June 16-July 28, one ambulance trip for dizziness. Totally scary, but likely due to low no due to low sodium. Told to eat more salt!
Exercised 20 mins or more: 21/29 days Total of 20.9 hours.
My goal is 24 hrs minimum & I will do the remaining 3.1 hrs these next 2 days. ✅
Deficit: 1,371
My goal is to keep this number in a deficit. ✅
Tracked all ✅ I have done this for over 600 days. I always do. It allows me to eat more.
Average wt went up 1 lb. Likely because exercise is 21 hours lower than usual. My regular goal is 40 hrs per month.
I also have a sleep goal, which I hit ✅(using a sleep mask in early AM & the Simple Habit app to drift off & if I walk in the middle of the night & to get back to sleep in AM (pesky cat.)
Finally, I have an art goal which I far surpassed, as I had the dozens of hours that I didn’t exercise & two weeks of vacation! ✅✅✅✅
I’m grateful to be in this group. It helped me keep moving when I was recovering from bad cold.
I’m not in the Winner’s Circle, but I’m proud of how I handled & am handling triple whammy of vacation with family, wedding anniversary trip, and extended fatigue. I still have 2-4 lbs to whittle back off, but with my increased exercise I can tell that it’s going to happen!!
Congratulations to all UAC-ers who are & all who are improving their health habits!
Bring it on, August!! We are READY!!!!7 -

@RangerRickL I know I have used 2 pass days and thought I have accounted for each day, Once I did post 3 days together and another 2 days, I am not sure if that takes me out of the winner's circle as I have not checked in everyday. Either way I am a winner , I survived the month and am down 9.2lbs in 5 weeks...............woohoo! YAY ME...LOL
Thank you everyone for helping me to get my act together, have to admit posting in here helps me a lot. I wish I had more time to post in here encouraging and supporting everyone. I’m gearing up to move from maintenance this month to deficit in August and I have a little case of LastSupper-itis. Maybe I should be regretful but I actually believe it helps to go up a little before dieting. I don’t have proper evidence (hence the term belief) but, if nothing else, it probably helps reset my hunger hormones.2 -

Exercise: Yes, 60 minutes of walking, 40 minutes of dancing
Calories: Yes
Tracking: Yes
Today was a mostly sedentary day until I went to a free outdoor concert in the park this evening. I met some friends a few miles from the venue and then we all took an Uber together to avoid the parking hassle. My friends left the concert early, so I decided to do the 40 minute walk back to my car, which ended up being a great way to catch up on my exercise. Between that and the dancing, I ended up with over 12K steps.5 -
