I’m gearing up to move from maintenance this month to deficit in August and I have a little case of LastSupper-itis. Maybe I should be regretful but I actually believe it helps to go up a little before dieting. I don’t have proper evidence (hence the term belief) but, if nothing else, it probably helps reset my hunger hormones.2 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 45 minutes of full body strength this morning, and a 2 mile treadmill walk this evening.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!4 -
Exercise-Yes, 35 min workout
Calories-Yes, struggled with the urge to snack tonight, but prevailed and did not eat more, so I’m pleased!

Today was a mostly sedentary day until I went to a free outdoor concert in the park this evening. I met some friends a few miles from the venue and then we all took an Uber together to avoid the parking hassle. My friends left the concert early, so I decided to do the 40 minute walk back to my car, which ended up being a great way to catch up on my exercise. Between that and the dancing, I ended up with over 12K steps.5 -

Pass day 2. I've been dealing with what I thought was a severe sinus infection for days and the pain was so bad I can't eat more than a 1000 cals and it's clear I might have to face the demon in my closet and get to the dentist. Sad how fear can hold you back from doing something you know logically is in your best interest.5 -

Didn’t get a chance to exercise and even if I count the household errands pre vakay I went over in calories from dinner! This is my third pass day so if I make it theough the 31st I believe I’ve made the winners circle .... looking good so far I have Zumba on the calendar...
