@RangerRickL I wish i had only 3 passes! I wasnt clear in my post, I spent the last three days as passes e.g. Thursday, Friday and Saturday just gone,which took me up to 8 in total I'm afraid! Still determined to finish strong however and hold it there 🤩

After a really busy week, I have a few moments (a d a WIFI connection)while I am sipping coffee in Denali. We are off on a hike after breakfast). Really beautiful country. Not a time to talk about healthy eating, but will try to get back on track soon.7

I don’t know how many participants are here but I guess most of us are not in it to win it . It is just a nice accountable platform where we can share the progress / strengthen / weakness. Thanks again for this, I’ve never committed to any diet programme for this amount of time ( 29 days!). I wouldn’t have gone this far without this challenge12 -

@n_lai Totally! While the weight hasn't been coming off as quickly as I'd like to get me back to my goal weight, this group has been vital in keeping me motivated and making sure I don't gain. The Winner's Circle is a great perk, but the true "winners" here are those who are still posting on Days 29, 30, and/or 31!8 -
