I'm having a planned Pass Day today as It’s our 53rd Wedding Anniversary. We are going to Galway City for the day. It’s set to be fair, but we are well used to the Irish weather, so are suitable equipped with coats. 😂

Congratulations @TerriRichardson112 for 53 years anniversary. Ireland is a beautiful country. We went to Connemara last year. Try the" Ring of Beara" , its not as well known as "Ring of Kerry" but its just as beautiful and as not as busy.5 -
Excerise : no, too much work. But my work is very active , so I was on my feet all day.

Thanks for everyone’s support at yesterday’s sign in! The reason I was slipping and starting to be a bit unmotivated I think mostly it is because it’s been 25 days already and I’ve never have any diet commitment that long! I believe it is like training, it takes time to build up the endurance. I had a bad week but its ok becuase I had 2ngood weeks before that bad week and I will have a good week this week! I am learning not to dwell how bad I was last week and look ahead.
Some of you can probably relate to that too. Whenever I hit a bad week, I’d get depressed and disappointed in myself and then just let myself go from there. But now I am deploying a new tactic to just let it go and move on to next week, so I won’t fall into the trap again.

July 24 & 25: pass days 4 & 5
two unexpected 12hr work days just left me so exhausted I couldn't find the energy to get even 20 minutes of activity which I would consider enough for this challenge. Was so close to the WC. Will try again in Aug. for sure and will keep logging in for the rest if July.3 -

I was not very active today, but I got in two walks totaling 20 minutes and 10 minutes on the elliptical. I did eat well under my budget.
