Really great workout this morning. 60 minutes of intervals (cardio alternating with upper body free weights)

Yes x 3. Exercise was 20 min on the stationary bike and 10 min of core work.
UAC to the rescue again today. I actually stood in my pantry and considered eating treats despite the fact that I had eaten all my calories already, not to mention the fact that I wasn’t hungry. Where that urge came from, I don’t know. But being part of this group gave me the power to shake it off.
@BonnieHosk85 Congrats on 6 give-away bags! That’s some efficient decluttering. I decluttered today too. Sistas!
@snowshoe072 Good to hear that knee is better8 -

@BonnieHosk85, that’s awesome progress with de-cluttering and getting organised.
@snowshoe072, glad you were pain-free today!8 -
@goldthistime and @fitphoenix, it seems the more I declutter my body, the more I want my home decluttered as well.6

Took a pass day on the 20th.4 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Active rest day -- 2 mile walk this morning, followed by a 20 minute back stretching workout from Fitness Blender. I normally wouldn't have done a workout like that, but it was part of the Harry Potter challenge I'm doing. Honestly it felt great! My back is normally very tight after long run days, so it really worked for me. I forget how important stretching is sometimes.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under by 8 calories. LOL
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
@snowshoe072 Glad to hear your knee is feeling better!
@goldthistime Isn't the power of UAC awesome? Good for you!
@fitphoenix OMG I haven't watched Murder, She Wrote in AGES! That was my parents' favorite show back in the day. I need to watch some!

I haven’t posted in several days mostly because I’ve been busy hosting out of town family. It’s been fun to have them in town and to visit together but surely kept me busy. I’m happy that I stayed close to my calorie goals the last 3 days and got in some intentional exercise, walking and/or core exercises each day too. Tracked each day also.6 -

cleaning the house today and meal prep for lunches this week. I'm usually only under calories by a very slim margin but today had a hundred to spare.5 -
I guess I'll be taking a pass
I did get plenty of exercise but too much food and gave up on trying to log it.

Busy weekend, worked both days, I now have Mon & Tues off.
July 21st. exercise yes lots of ladder climbing and stocking at work for at least 2 hours plus my walk, tracking yes, calories yes but had to use 20 of my exercise ones.
Even though I have a very physical job, I record that I have a sedentary desk job to help with my weight loss, I know at my age I do not burn calories like I did in my younger years. This makes me feel better about the amount of calories I am allowed. I am a store supervisor who works side by side with our employees, on my feet at least 7 of my 8 1/2 hour shifts. Had some serious back and knee problems a couple of years back and it feels good to be able to perform these duties again.
Not sure if I posted yesterday so just in case July 20th yes x 3
Hope everyone had a good weekend5 -
