On vacation and up in the mountains!
Did I exercise 20 minutes? Yes! Unloading the car of supplies and getting cabin situated. Plus walks in woods.
Did I stay under calorie budget? Yes made a huge pot of wholesome Chili to eat while everyone else was eating hotdogs! Plus I was able to find healthy substitutes while dining out for breakfast and lunch.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep. Sure did!4 -

Also I wanted to send thanks to the folks who continue to post daily even if they’ve surpassed the pass days to get the monthly winners circle. I was planning on just skipping joining here in August because I start with a cruise that will probably not be easily tracked even if I do manage to curtail eating at the buffets! Which means lots of pass days. It’s nice to know that’s not a fail in and of itself and I can pick right back up on August 12th not hitting the winners circle in August but definitely not sliding down that slippery slope by proclaiming the entire month a fail 😊 thanks!!!

I felt the same way about July! Signed up knowing I was out of the circle but I knew I wanted to come from vacation and get right back to my healthy habits. I knew that it was exactly the time that I really would need UAC to help get me back on track.4 -
