Vacation was great but there was no logging and some poor decisions.
I came home with 7lbs of bloat. It will take about 2 weeks to fix.

I haven't been too faithful to this challenge but as slack as I am...
I been better at tracking than I have been at posting.
I just nudged under my set point after my camping trip.
First set point anyway. I lowered my set point another five pounds. So that is another goal but close and otherwise tractable.
Exercise - cool thing about camping is lots of steps. Back and forth to the car setting stuff up. Packing things down. And I ride my bike. I rode my bike between 9300 and 11,000. Didn't quite get a 2,000 foot climb out of the deal but I am somehow convinced that metabolism is different in rarefied air of high mountains. Heh, we ain't talking Himalayas or anything but I did discover one of Colorado's undiscovered places. I ought to put a picture of it.
Climb total for July so far - 16,800. So I am a bit behind on that goal but I ain't going to get too obsessive about it.
