Three yeses for me today. Scale was way up this morning but legs were also sore from yesterday evening's run so exercise today was a gentle walk morning and evening to help muscles to feel better!

Another hot day with outside activities here on the farm. My favorite days include both kids and horses. A young mother, who I have known since she was a child, called me up and asked to celebrate her oldest son's 5th birthday by riding a horse. I was delighted to lead the horse while both her 5 year old and then 3 year old son rode the horse. They both had straw cowboy hats and looked very happy! My exercise was 112 minutes of outdoor movement and activities.

walked 60 min on treadmil in the morning and then danced my heart out for over 2hrs at the New Kids On The Block Mixed Tape Tour concert!! It was great!!!5 -
Pass Day #1 today. I am working a 2.5 day conference for work and couldn't pay attention to what I ate today. Plus I was starving from my 10 mule run yesterday still. Lol It's all good...this is what Pass Days are for!4

I need to post for several past days, I was sick and feeling a bit of avoidance also.
7/11 and 7/12 were pass days 3 and 4 for me. No exercise on either day and calories over on the 12th. 7/13 and 7/14 are both 3 x yes. Got my 20 mins. of exercise each day but that was it. I’m starting to feel more energetic so that’s good.4 -
