    You're never out of the challenge. Perhaps not in the Winner's Circle...but no one is ever out of UAC. Everyone is encouraged to keep active, keep tracking and keep posting daily for which we are all winners for accountability. Hugs to you for your desire to continue. It's what UAC is all about...redefining habits.

    @Lliggy By all means keep on tracking and challenging yourself each day. I am relatively new to the UAC and although I have yet to make the Winner's Circle I continue to check in and be accountable for my three goals (exercise, logging, calories).

    Just yesterday I struggled to get out and move my body and thinking about my commitment to a healthier me and checking in with UAC with a "Yes x 3!" was that tiny shift in leaving work and going to the pool for a swim - as opposed to going straight home and sitting on the couch.

    Keep striving for tiny shifts in your day and we'll cheer each other on when we arrive in the Winner's Circle! Deal?
