Headed to water aerobics this morning and although I won't feel like a five-year-old, I will feel younger, for sure! Have a great day, @RangerRickL!!9

Today marks one year since I started on this journey. Six months active weight loss (down 50 pounds) and 6 months in maintenance. Cholesterol from 210 to 159, resting heart rate under 60, and BP 115/68. Ready to go for another year!

My fun for the day: I went to see the new Spider-Man movie with friends and played Wizards Unite (Harry Potter version of Pokemon Go) on the walk to the movie theatre.

Funny you should post this @RangerRickL because I was thinking of this. We had a pool party today and as I had mentioned I got a slide (for me) and try to always use it. My daughter told our guests, "everyone has to go down the slide because my Mom is 5 and wants to see you slide". lol. True but a little awkward.9 -

Weighed In today and still at 136lb which is a relief cuz it means I maintained instead of gained after a couple wonky days of eating, and kept me motivated to stay on track7
