    My husband & I are in a line dance class 2x/week at the senior center. It's good exercise & a lot of fun.๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ˜€

    Pass day 2.

    From nowhere a binge got me last night. But, for the first time ever ove logged it all. Woken up this morning feeling confident and determined for a tasty on plan weekend.

    Exercise - yes
    Tracked - yes
    Cals - over 2000 over..... whoops

    Bad couple of days. Weight dropped below maintenance and had three nights in a row with sleep issues ... recipe for disaster! So, out of the W.C. for this mo.

    Good news ... GREAT night's sleep last night. Back on the wagon.

    This seems to happen periodically. Good news is that while I hate it whe. It happens, I no longer get upset since I know I am back on track quickly and all is good.
