    @craigo3154, congrats on that run. That was exciting to watch

    @evangsimmons170, as long as each day you are doing at least 20 minutes of exercise, and you post that days stats within 3 days, you're golden! :smile: You can also go back to 7/5's thread and post that day's exercise there.

    Today was chock full of activity. Started with a 5 mile run this morning. Ended with three hours of bouncing at The Big Bounce America, which included a huge obstacle course and world's largest bounce house.     Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No and Yes. I'm pretty sure I did but my Fitbit went dead halfway through my workout. And thus it also didn't "count" my 45-minute walk.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.

    Sounds like 3 yeses to me. Can you just enter your workout using MFP’s exercise database?

    thanks. I went back and just used the last calories burnt for those exercises!

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No, attended a bbq and that threw everything off. It was hard to curb the snacks and the beverages.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No

    Pass day #2. Ugh this is going to be a tough month.

    Pass Day #1 for me. Family has been in town for my mother's 84th birthday and the 4th of July. Today we were at the lake for fireworks and eating food from several different people. Too hard to track, but i did try to eat wisely. Technically didn't exercise today, but we did do a lot of walking.
