@craigo3154, congrats on that run. That was exciting to watch
@evangsimmons170, as long as each day you are doing at least 20 minutes of exercise, and you post that days stats within 3 days, you're golden! You can also go back to 7/5's thread and post that day's exercise there.
Thanks for the info, @BonnieHosk85 .1 -
Yes to all 3
Today was chock full of activity. Started with a 5 mile run this morning. Ended with three hours of bouncing at The Big Bounce America, which included a huge obstacle course and world's largest bounce house. The obstacle course was nuts...took about 15 minutes to get through. Four years ago, I never would have been able to get through it and tonight I tackled it twice. What a workout! In the picture is my hubby bouncing in the background. He obviously had a horrible time. Lol

Had a blast today and celebrated the 4th of July with a pool party. I'm posting late because I just assumed I had a pass day but to my surprise I stayed on budget on calories and I exercised in the morning before it was 90 degrees. I even got my 11k steps in.6 -

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No and Yes. I'm pretty sure I did but my Fitbit went dead halfway through my workout. And thus it also didn't "count" my 45-minute walk.

yes, yes, and yes ...
Did my usual 2,000 foot climb so I am on track for a 30,000 foot month. See if I can keep that thing going. I forgot to wear hydration pack so I climb for like 100 minutes without a drink. It was cool and humid though.
Wore heart monitor. Sometimes my gps watch give me like 1200 cal for that climb. Today it only gave me like 600. I ran at kind of a low heart rate, 70 percent of max range. I think it factor my heart rate into how many calories I get. Either that or it is just totally bogus. I think tuesday I did a climb for 3,000 feet and it gave me 2000 exercise calories. I don't remember if I wore the monitor or not. I am going camping tomorrow. I should be able to find a hill somewhere to climb.6 -
