I did a morning Zumba class at the gym and then cleaned house all day.... I was so energized I pulled my old wii out and did an additional 30 minutes of wii Zumba - it was nostalgic! 😹10 -

Happy 4th to those celebrating!
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 2 mile walk outside this morning followed by 46 minutes of pilates strength (arms isolate and obliques isolate). And then about 2 mile walk to, through, and back to a 4th of July community event.

Exercise: close to 90minutes walking
Calories: Nope! Haha, I made incredible food to celebrate with my family and it was impossible to stay within calories
Tracked: Yes the best I could but probably some hidden calories in there that I didn't get
I'm stuuuuffed but it was all worth it, we worked hard to get to this day and I can barely remember what July 4th was like last year cuz we probably weren't able to celebrate it properly so tonight was a real treat for us cuz we finally made it to where we are now. Hope everyone had a fun & safe day!!9 -
I had a fun early morning walk in downtown Kansas City! I love walking and finding interesting architectural things to photograph. I just use my iPhone but I found several interesting choices.

Happy Belated July 4th Everyone!!
I exercised! I finally decided NOT exercising wasn’t making me better, so I’d try a nice 20 min walk. Took it easy as Dr requested until back from trip & they will attach a ZIO Patch to check in the PAC’s the paramedic saw last Monday. Have not had anymore fluttering, dizziness, etc. Drinking lots of water!
Ex: 25 minutes!!!!!! TY UAC!

We have been shocked by the sodium in restaurant food, so will homecook dinner every other night while on our vacation.
I plan to do a gentle 20 min walk each day. Felt so good!! ❤️9 -
