Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Took the day off today, so 5 mile run outside this morning and lots of steps during the day -- over 21K right now and I'm still not done as I'm going out tonight.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. Ran 1.25 miles of a 5K then walked the remainder. Total time was 48 minutes.

@dancefloortragedy i believe any type of physical activity is acceptable. I dont always have time to do what would be considered typical exercise but definitely count cleaning around the house, yard work, playing in the pool, etc. Anything where you are not just sitting around.1

I’ve only eaten this much or closer to it TWICE in the past 16 months or longer.
1st day of vacation - I brought food but husband wanted to eat out lunch and dinner.

Has brunch & early dinner. I raced to grocery store to get milk, carrots, apples, blueberries, nuts, whole wheat bread, peanut butter as healthy snacks. Also so I don’t eat too much at BF. (I’ll know I’ll have these healthy options if I get hungry.)
I’m Not letting this train go runaway. I was 0.2 lb over my goal weight from 10 days ago this AM. I really like being 153lb or lower.9 -

Thank you, @jan110144 . I dont know what that was that hit me yesterday but it's gone today and I'm determined more than ever to get some serious stepping in so I'll reach my 100,000 step goal by Saturday night!3 -
