No weight loss my first week and I want to cry

Hi there--

I followed the plan with zero cheating: no sugar or starches, etc. I weighed myself today and no weight loss. I am so disappointed. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Is it just overall too many calories?

Has this happened to anyone else on here? Is there some type of delayed response? I have not checked to see if I am in ketosis--I have felt the keto flu big time, and if weight loss correlated to how irritable I've felt this past week, well then....I should've lost a ton this week ;)
