New Start to Eating Clean

I have been eating clean for 3 years and went off the wagon over the last two weeks. I am getting back on track this week- very hard to go gluten, dairy, sugar and caffeine free all at once. I did great today but thought I cooked brown rice pasta and it was wheat - ugh! But I did reduce caffeine to 2.6 cups and no sugar or dairy and only 1 slice of banana. Tomorrow, 2 cups coffee, no gluten, dairy or sugar. Goal to be back on my clean eating and off caffeine completely by 4th of July. I would love to get feedback to help me stay on track. Thank you!
