1st day

Hi everyone.. So today is my first day of product.. Down 1 shake and 1 lt of water.. I think the water is going to be the hardest part.. Besides the fact that most people in my life are foodies.. But that's ok.. I have goals and I am going to make it happen... If anyone has any suggestions or advice to help this be a lil easier or to lose the max weight possible please let me know.. I have a trip in mid December to the Dominican Republic and I would LOVE to be in a hot swimsuit by then :)
