Do you journal your emotional journey?

I am asking if you journal how you feel on certain days or what is going because I can say that as I am committed to log on to MFP everyday because it's easy to track my food and see what's going on with my MFP family- I am also committed keeping a written journal of my emotional and mental health and how it relates to my weight loss goals.
For instance, I just started yoga in July. That was scary and I almost talked myself out of it - but it's free in my office building and only twice a week. I felt scared, nervous, incompetent when I first started but now I am getting better and I feel much stronger and more relaxed when I do it and that is going in my written journal. So I can look back and see my progress. I also realized today that yoga helps me feel like I am being kind to my body and not punishing it for not looking the way I want it to look.
Lastly, I am taking seriously journaling my emotional and mental health because I want to stay consistent with my journey and not start and stop and start over again- but if by chance I have to I will have a roadmap of where I have been online and in the physical form of a journal.
I would love your feedback on your thoughts.
Thanks
