New and question about where your carbs are

I did keto for awhile or rather my version of keto for awhile a few years back and had some success but when it came xmas time I wasn't prepared enough to bake my usual cookies with special sweeteners and flours etc. Nor did I have the time. So this time I am thinking more of a low carb high fat diet that I can work with. My question is, if your not actually following keto where do you keep your carbs at. I have on my diary like 30% carbs but wondered if that is to much.

the low-carb range is somewhere between 50 and 125 carbs a day.

I used keto to control my migraines for almost 2 years now...I'm transitioning to low-carb in the hopes that I have achieved permanence in my migraine control...*fingers crossed*...

My macros are now 40% protein, 35% carbs (156g), and 25% fat.

Generally anything under 150g of carbs is considered "low carb".

    Yeah, 30% is a lot.
Most people that find low carb successful day it’s due to the very low carbs that help them overcome sweet addiction.
I can’t do sweet flavors. If I have SOME... I must have ALL.
Some of us are all or nothing people. If you are not, then you may be able to make a low carb cookie and do just fine including them as you see fit. I know I cannot and many simply cannot indulge in sweetness and expect to get anywhere.
