Friday is WI for many of us for many different reasons. How'd you do this week?

Down 2 lbs this week. Same 2 lbs I put on the week before. Right direction though.👍🙂1

I'm out of town on vacation with no scale access. I've snacked a ton and tracked nothing this week. Today starts my new week and tracking resumes.0

Officially UP 11.2 lbs. Too much food, deserts, beer and WATER. (Can't let myself get dehydrated, end up on the floor that way.0

My usual Thursday WW WI was cancelled. Today at pool I was up (? 2?) but I have been a little off track.
A Chic Fil A Large chocolate shake was 37 Points that I enjoyed my day before my cancelled WI.
