Friday is WI for many of us for many different reasons. How'd you do?

Back up 2.4 lbs. Lose, gain,lose, gain thre same 2 lbs for weeks. Just not committing to staying on track. Rant for the morning over now back to life.0

Down .8 happy after two weeks of not tracking on App. Used Intuitive Tracking.
Not comfortable without knowing the exact SP daily and weekly count but happy I did not gain.0 -
Down .2 over two weeks. I hope this number is real because the snacking and lack of tracking on vacation was pretty bad. I've been back to being mindful the past three days.

Down 6.6# at home, after the July 5th weigh-in. Didn't go to WW today, as TOL just came home from her knee replacement yesterday evening. Should show a real nice WI next week. (No hospital food grazing).0

Down 0.4 pounds, still maintaining, but above where I'd like to be. I've got plenty of poor excuses, but I'm slowly working my way back to being focused.
