Hi all
I've just picked up my kettlebell from where it's been gathering dust for a long time.
Keen to get back into the swings and wondered if anyone could share their routine and results.
I'm a swimmer so am hoping to increase endurance and fitness - just did one set and feel very unfit!!!

Hi there! I love kettlebells. I notice Im getting stronger and losing body fat too.In three months, I lost a lot of back fat. I do Kettlebell swings Tracy Reifkind on you tube. I also do the kettlebell goddess workout, Johnny Fit upper and lower body workout, Iron Core, and Skogg.

My favorite kettlebell studio closed, so lately I just do a 20 minute workout about 3x per week, but it works. Earlier this year, I had put on some weight, but have since trimmed back 15 lbs in the last two months.
Every set is done within in a minute. I am getting 20 to 40 seconds rest between each exercise, which is good for now.
I do variations of these exercises -- anywhere from 6 to 12 reps -- depending on how much weight I am using (I have 4 kettlbells)
Two-handed swings
Snatches
Goblet Squats
1 arm swings (each arm)
1 arm cleans (each arm)
Pop Squats (great compound exercise).
Stepping lunges (each leg or I go back and forth through my condo:-) )
Very simple, but effective. I plan on decreasing the time to 45 seconds from 1 minute while still doing a total of 20 minutes.1
