For my high carb days. Low carb seems much easier for me. Perhaps b/c I've been GF for nearly 6 years and there are lots of foods I've already ditched.

Any good recipe sources or swaps focused on quality high carb days?

I follow a Low, Low, Mod, High, Low, Low, High schedule and use the tools in MFP to set up my days each week. I'll be starting week 2 tomorrow and I've already lost 3 pounds as of yesterday. Weigh and measure tomorrow for a one week check in... Feeling good and looking forward to it!
