Made some chocolate chia pudding today to fit my Macros :happy:
4 Oz. of Blue Diamond unsweetened almond milk
3 Tbsp. of Bob Mills Chia seeds
1 Tbsp. of Hannafords baking cocoa powder
1 pk. of In The Raw Stevia
Mix really well and refrigerate until gell thickens
205 cals.. 16 fats, 11 proteins, 18 carbs. & 18 fibers
