Just have to say, I am so thankful that this group is here, and the keto friends list I've developed and still developing.

Not insulting the general forums, but it is like night and day difference between low carb/keto groups and general forums!
When I find myself frustrated or discouraged, I come read through the threads of the groups I'm in, and it's like all hope is restored!
I don't post too many questions, but I find so many tips, information, and advice just reading through old threads.2
