I know with my weigh in tomorrow I am going to be up in weight for the week after vacay last week (I took a look this morning and the damage was definitely done). I am going to be up for the month as well and I am okay with that. I jumped back in a good pattern this week and set some good goals for September. I feel motivated.2 -
And just for entertainment: while doing a bunch of yard work today I got some bonus exercise when about 2-3 dozen bees attacked me. I was running all over the yard swatting at them and picking them off me.
If the neighbors were looking outside they got some show.
Thankfully I am not allergic.1 -

Current week's weight: 213 lbs
While this gain really hurts, I know it could have been much worse. I really think all the pressure just got to me once the issues were "over" and I just sat like a bump on a log... vegged out and didn't want to do anything this past week. Didn't eat right, sleep right or move enough.
The only positives are that even with the gain I did NOT see any 214 to 217 and I bounced around with those numbers in June and July. I am down 3 from my June start weight. I also do a measure every month and I am down in inches since July so taking that as my two positives from this journey to start my September reboot.4 -
