Felt a bit under the weather, as I had a gynae examination this morning and was feeling sore. Then thought about commitment and had a rethink.
Decided not logging was a cop-out, so went back and logged. Scraped in under goal.
Exercise: Yes 16 Physio + 65 walking. 7758 steps (goal = 6000)
Calories: under by 100+ (despite chocolate over-indulgences)
Tracked: Yes: Eventually!

An absolutely gorgeous day in Indiana. Highs in upper 70s a d low humidity. Nice, easy ring work with Annie today (she worked really hard yesterday) and then a nice ride around the pasture. Pool this afternoon. On target with food. All around, a perfect day!7

Yes x 3. Exercise was weights in the morning and golf in the afternoon. Used exercise calories. We hosted friends for dinner tonight and prepared waaay too much food, but I didn’t use it as an excuse to overeat.

Uh oh. I realized this morning that I’d forgotten to log something yesterday. Still under in calories after I entered it (thanks to exercise calories) but this changes my answer for tracking from a yes to a no and brings me to a total of 6 pass days this month.1

Second pass day this month. It was a work potluck day and I ended up slightly over on calories. Looking forward to next week when the students come back and there's less free food5

Sorry haven't checked in, week was pretty draining. Other than going over on calories on Wednesday been staying on track. Broke down and weighed myself on Wednesday and saw I lost 4.4 lbs since the beginning of the month so going to continue to focus on getting better with my calories and continuing to increase my water intake and making meals at home5
