    Had to use exercise for my calories to count as under. Today was the end of teacher training week 1 and the school had a happy hour with free drink tickets and pizza. :/ Three slices. Thankfully I had eaten lightly at breakfast and lunch plus done some room cleaning and setup for a lot of natural exercise. And then I made myself walk the 40 min home from the bar instead of taking the bus or an Uber :)

    Amazing! I dont think I've ever been to a wedding where I haven't not drunk all of my calories before even including the food and cake etc! Well done you!

    @RangerRickL - I'm a 70's & 80's old school Who-er and prefer Tom Baker as "my Doctor" - although I think the first actor portrayed the character in the early sixties.
